The 5th National Gathering continues the tradition of bringing together people active in community gardening and in developing school gardens for education to share their experience and to map a course into the future in which these initiatives play a leading role in developing our sustainable towns and cities.

REGISTRATIONS WILL CLOSE AT MIDDAY, WEDNESDAY 10 OCTOBER 2012.This will allow the organising team to finalise catering and other arrangement for the gathering.[divider]We will NOT be selling tickets at the door.[divider]Professional rates are for those who are waged and work in organisations that help support community or school gardens.[divider]Community rates are for the unwaged and those who actively volunteer in community or school gardens or volunteer in developing and maintaining sustainable food systems.[divider]Please note, accomodation is NOT included in the program there are various options available locally in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.[divider]You can pay by direct debit or paypal, follow the instructions when completing your registration form.

CONFERENCE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

On completion or your registration, a link to a pdf tax invoice will be emailed to you. Please retain a copy for tax purposes. Registration can only be accepted with the completion of the registration form and full payment of appropriate fees.[divider]Cancellation policy:
Notification of cancellation must be provided in writing to ACFCGN at events[at]communitygarden.org.au
Cancellations received on or before 25 September 2012 will receive a refund less 20% administration fee. Cancellations received after 25 September 2012 will have the option to substitute a delegate as no refunds are available after this date.[divider]Program changes:
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the program and speakers, or to cancel sessions if enrolment criteria are not met or when conditions are out of their control.[divider]Early registration is appreciated.
